| UPDATE - I would rate as 0 or lower if I could! I decided to check their website today to see if they finally got something new, and at first it appeared they did, until I looked a bit closer. They are advertising that Cookie Butter, Orange Biscotti, and Strawberry Bubbles are NEW! Give me a break! These are the SAME strains you've had for a very long time now! Did you really think your customers wouldn't notice this/would believe it or something? You can't just label the same old strains as "NEW" and expect people to buy it, it's a bit insulting to your customers intelligence actually. Another reason to shop ELSEWHERE!!UPDATE - I initially rated as 3 stars but lowering to 1 star as the selection has gotten even worse! How do they stay in business with such few strains? And the same strains for probably close to a year now. People want a selection, to try new things. I can go to any other store in town and get to choose from a great selection. Unfortunately this is the closest shop to me, but I won't be returning anytime soon. I will check back in another year and maybe they will have something new. ORIGINAL- Nice store with friendly knowledgeable staff, but I can only give 3 stars based on the selection. The selection of flower is very limited compared to other stores. And they don't seem to get new stock in very often, like other stores do. It's been months now and the selection hasn't changed at all (other than losing a few brands) - I had to switch stores do to .. | ||

| I recently made a purchase, I was not given a receipt, when reviewing my credit card purchases I noticed that they overcharged me on the same product that I buy every single time. She even said it was $112.70 total, but then charged me $122.70. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT WHEN DEALING WITH THIS LOCATION AND WATCH THE AMOUNT THEY CHARGE YOU ON THEIR INTERACT MACHINE!!! Unfortunately, I could not see it as a didn't have my glasses with me. | ||

| I placed a "click and collect" order online from the Water Street location in St. John's NL and received a text notification this morning at 1130am this morning saying that my order could be picked up anytime between 12pm-6pm. When I arrived at 5pm there was no one there!!! I waited for 15 minutes knocking and calling tweed but there was no answer, only voicemail. After I got home and looked into it more I realized that Tweed has some errors for it's Sunday hours of operation, the text I received (see screenshot) and their voicemail both say they're are open from 12pm-6pm on Sundays, but their website says 12pm-2pm on Sundays! Ridiculous! sending notification texts with the wrong hours of operation and not having an up-to-date info on the voicemail! What a waste of a cab ride to pickup something from a place that isn't even open. Get it together Tweed! | ||
