| I honestly don't understand all the 1 star reviews. I've been a customer since day one and have been helped by at least 6 different staff members (shout out to Gigi, Dung and Maddie who are truly superstars!). Never ever had an issue, on the contrary, they've always been super friendly and helpful and have recommended a bunch of really good stuff. Prices are also unbeatable. Overall, a great experience every time. | ||

| Amazing selection, fair prices and excellent customer service every time. Also they always have my favourites in stock + a bunch of rare stuff that's really hard to find at other dispensaries. I've only been a customer for about 3 months, but these guys have quickly become my go-to dispensary in Kits / whenever I order delivery. I couldn't be happier! | ||

| A little expensive, but these guys have the best customer service in Vancouver! Their selection is also pretty good. Staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable and always treat my dog so well whenever I bring her in with me (she loves the treats they always give her too and will literally drag me to the door every time we walk past the store hahaha). I love shopping at Muse. :) | ||

| Terrible delivery and customer services. First they told me my order had been delivered and may have been left with the concierge (which is ILLEGAL, by the way). Then they tell me they "found my package" and I will be receiving it shortly. That was nearly 3 hours ago. They've changed the ETA SIX times in the past 2.5 hours and I'm just sitting here like a fool waiting for the delivery person. All this on top of being an obscenely expensive dispensary. It's not worth it giving your money to these greedy and clearly unorganized people. If you're looking for fair prices and a decent customer service/delivery experience, look elsewhere. There are tons of other dispensaries in Vancouver that offer much better customer service and prices with FREE 1-2 hours delivery. Burb, Westcanna, Muse cannabis, Fire and flower, Yaletown Cannabis are only a few of them. All highly recommended. | ||
