| Ordered Naturally Nutra, chewing gum (calm). Product stuck together and squished like someone had run it over and stuck to inside of package, which made it almost impossible to remove. Disappointing experience with customer service. Alluded to managers unavailability and refused to switch out product. Poster stated it was up to the discretion of the employee to assist. Employee refused and was dismissive of my disappointment and frustration and brushed off my concerns. Refused any attempt to rectify the situation. Will NOT be coming back to the Crystal Beach location again for any of my herbal needs. Customer service in serious need of re-education in assisting clients with respect and understanding. I only wrote a review on this site because I doubt my contact info will be shared with the manager. VERY disappointing experience!!! | ||
