| After having a very unpleasant and off putting experience with the 112th location, this location off whyte ave helped me with the exchange I needed, in an efficient and kind manner. They truly wanted to help. Josh was super sweet and understanding and immediately got on helping me with my exchange. His co worker Carla helped my partner with his purchase, and she was amazing. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The patience, kindness, and professionalism was top notch. You both made our day. | ||

| Do not go here. I truly love value buds as a company. However this is the only value buds location that has issues exchanging defective carts or products. I have been sent across the city to different stores after being told the exchange could only be done at the store it was purchased. Then I arrive at the north location which is quite the drive from downtown, only to find out the 112th location could have and should have done the exchange (told to me by the amazing and very helpful gentleman at the store I was sent to on 97th st) Every other location I've been to handles all transactions beautifully. Very professional, fun, and friendly. So I'm very disappointed to say that when I went in tonight I was told it could take 20 to 30 minutes of searching through cameras to look up my receipt in the system. I was told by the guy behind the counter something along the lines of "It would be better if you come back tomorrow, we close soon so It would be really inconvenient to do this tonight" So I left. I will be going to another location as I trust they will handle this with much more professionalism. But seriously, avoid 112th. They don't care one bit about their customers. Edit: I've never had anyone need to search cameras to find a receipt, or tell me I was Inconveniencing them. The very helpful gentleman from the Griesbach location I mentioned above, let me know they can and should search it up in their system, regardless of where it was purchased and he was confu .. | ||
