I've been a regular customer at this store for quite some time, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
During my recent visit, an employee named Alyssa refused to serve me due to what I believe was a misunderstanding. Instead of clarifying the situation or handling it professionally, she chose to deny service without giving me a fair explanation. As a loyal customer, I found this treatment unfair and disrespectful.
I would appreciate it if the owner or management could look into this situation. I believe customer-facing roles require clear communication, professionalism, and the ability to handle misunderstandings calmly. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
I'm open to discussing this directly with the owner to resolve the matter.
