| I have been impressed by the customer service at Oz. All the emoloyees are consistent , kind and honest. They are pleasant to from the time you enter the store to the end of your visit. There is no fakeness in that store. You need a product?! You need some advice for anything in regards to cannabis products they are the place to go to. The cheapest place to go !! They are the best store in the Hawkesbury,Casselman area. I love the store you enter the store it's so cozy you feel welcome. Thank you for your awesome products!! Your price are the best. | This is Shiny Bud baby branch in Hawkesbury located beside Suppa Vape on Main St near Tupper St This location is beautiful , organized, and has a variety of accessories, topicals, concentrates diamond,shattered,rosin ,resin, Cannabis flowers, Edibles like chocolate, gummies,cookies,hard candies, brownies,drinks aswell, vape huge selection. We have the absolute best customer service in the area. If you need a product they will order it. The owner and her son and their staff are the absolute best in the area. They deserve a 5 stars. | ||

| I was at the strip mall in Kanata a few weeks ago and i decided to stop at this Cannabis location to see if they had any different drinks and edibles. The girls that was on shift that evening were not very welcoming it was a cold ambiance. I would not recommend this place if you want a great customer service come in Hawkesbury at Shiny Bud. I honnestly thought that the customer service would of been cool and you knoe when you enter a store any store you feel welcome.. Employees greet you with a smile as soon as you enter the store.. First impression matters I will not go back or send any customers your way unfortunately when you feel the way I felt when i entered the store you won't go again. | ||

If you go to this location you will get the worst customer service. They son't greet their customer First and last visit. First impression when you go in a store will influence if you will go to this specific place. 0/10 Don't waist your time. Employees in there don't know how to do CS. | ||

| The best shop in town!! 5 stars!! They have everything from dried cannabis flower,shatter,wax,vape,cbd cream,bath bombs,lube,edibles (chocolate,hard candy,soft candy,chocolate,cookies,brownies) Their drinks if you love something that won't leave any after taste this is my list My top drinks! Sheesh Cherry is at the top of the list,they have won award for the best drink last year. They also have Sheesh Tangerine i tried aswell but cherry is def my #1 Blackberry Cream Vanilla omg this drink that has notes of cream and notes of the blackberry well balanced and no after taste but your taste buds will go crazy so good!! Blood Orange Yuzy amazing aswell 10/10 taste like vanilla ice cream mix with crush pop (floater) Orange vanilla cream Palmetto my other favorite. Gummies Olli Burst Passion fruit mango LemonRazz Lavender SourZ my favorite of all time Blue razz watermelon Cherry Lime Strawberry mango CBG pineaple Omg!! These are my favorites!! If you want the best customer service you need to come at Shiny Bud. Also they have all accessories you need. Don't forget to stop if you come in the town of Hawkesbury. | ||

| They have a beautiful location. I have to say this is the top of the top in the area!! I love how professional employees are and also their knowledge about their products aswell. Their prices are the best in the Hawkesbury area!! My top products are Orange Yuzu which is a cannabis infused drink, their pearls OMG!! For their pearls pack of 25 Marionberry lemonade amazing, but also the blue raspberry are my favorite one's too they also have apple that i love i got the cbn/cbd blackberry limonade my boyfriend loves these no after taste cherry lemeade THC gummies are good aswell, strawberry melon one of the top one's too.. Honnestly pearls are awesome price wise is amazing.. Then you have the sour z blue rapberry watermelon indica ,cherry lime hybrid, peach orange hybrid,sourz tropical hybrid and then FeelZ pineaple starfruit.. My favorite well love them all you know... But Blueraspberry watermelon they taste yummy no after taste and then the starfruit pineaple OMGG you gotta try them you will not regret it. For their dried flowers Bacio gelato, banana cream,D burger,Mac1and platinum grape by organicraft our favorite flowers!! The ambiance and the lights and how everything is organized and their employees all of them smiling making you feel welcome... I recommend 100% Cannabis Conoisseur out of all of the location in Hawkesbury!! You will never get the experience you get at this location in other places if you go to the two other dispensaries you will be disapointed so .. | ||
