| MARTINA was noticeably RUDE and UNWELCOMING. It appears she would benefit from additional customer service training. From the moment I entered the store, she began rushing me, and did not allow me adequate time to browse. Instead, she repeatedly offered unsolicited recommendations in an apparent effort to hasten my visit. This type of service creates a NEGATIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE and can be detrimental to business. | ||
