| Pretty upset. I actually stay away from negatively reviewing something unless truly upset. My sister purchased 3 products from this store on this particular day. She orders often and no issues in the past. She picked her regular stuff and asked about something new. They misinformed her about the 2 products they sold her. She called and spoke to a young lady. She was not looking for any resolution, just a teaching experience for them to not tell other people they were something they were not. About an hour goes by and my sister decides to open the second package she purchased and they also were not what she had asked for. She tried calling back and it was like they had blocked her. I tried from my phone and they had answered immediately. I spoke to a young man who was very apologetic but that was it. Over $60 spent on product that was not what was promised. Pretty disappointed! | ||
