| Horrible experience!!! I haven't visited this dispensary in months, and after a long day of exams I was excited to make a quick stop, until I was met with hostile energy and unwelcomed by the staff. The indian male employee working the counter tonight refused to cash me out even though I came in with minutes left before closing. I knew exactly what I wanted, and there was still time for him to complete the sale. Instead, he was condescending, rude, and dismissive for no reason. When I asked why he couldn't ring me through, he scoffed and said "too bad," then started raising his voice and telling me to leave. His coworker (white blonde male enployee) also came over and began raising his voice at me instead of trying to de-escalate the situation. This was by far the most upsetting and ghetto experience I've ever experienced at a dispensary. I was in shock by their behaviour. Both employees showed zero professionalism, zero customer service, and absolutely no respect. No one should be spoken to the way they spoke to me. Completely unacceptable behavior. | ||
