| Poor Customer Service. Rep was rude and arrogant. If he's so strict about the rules, he should also know that it's mandatory to check photo ID before selling cannabis — which he didn't do. (The authorities can easily check the cameras if needed; we visited the store on Sunday, November 9th, around 3:50–4:15 p.m.) We've exchanged products at other stores before without any problem. Regardless, his attitude was completely unacceptable. I will never go back to this store again, even though it's just footsteps away from my place. I also won't recommend this store to anyone, especially because of how poorly they treat their customers. I'm also waiting for a response from the authorities regarding this incident. | ||
