I came in on November 21 2025 to purchase a cartridge. The lady that was helping me sold me a disposable vape instead of the cartridge. I noticed that after I left the store so I went back in the store (the newton location) and let her know that she sold me the disposable vape instead. She then said she has refunded me for it ($49.08) and that since I used a debit card it will take 3-5 business days to come back in my account. She then charged me for the cartridge, the thing that I initially wanted, and I used my MasterCard then.
I went back in to the store a week after because I still never received my refund. I explained to another lady what had happened and that I still never got my refund of $49.08 back. She said on her end that it says refunded and that she can't do anything about it because we need to give it more time. She said to give it another week and it should be in my account and if not then to come back and then something can be done.
A week after that, I went in again because I still never got the refund. I explained to the girl that was helping me what had happened and I never got my refund back in my account. She goes to her manager that was on shift I guess, to let him know. Then she comes back to me and said that they will have to contact finances, and that they will get into contact with me after they talk to finance, and to give them a couple of days for that.
And no one tried to get a hold of me and it has been a week after that.
