| I work for another local dispensary, and I like to shop for neat stuff that is exclusive to other stores. Had the misfortune of dealing with Brooke last night, and the time previously. She has a sour attitude and is super rude. She has zero product knowledge, despite apparently working there for a year. Won't attempt to answer questions about products in any capacity, even searching them in COVA or reading the back of the package. Doesn't know what's on sale. Ordering anything from her is like pulling teeth, because she just truly has no idea what you're talking about - even if you provide all the information (brand, strain, weights, type of product). Honestly, I won't be returning specifically because I don't want to deal with her. Which is too bad, because the guy who is always there during the days and the other lady are both great. | ||
