It was a horrific experience, not only did the male staff member not listen to our requests requiring us to not only repeat ourselves but also explain to him what I wanted. It was as if the staff was on something while we talked to them, from singing mid conversation down to staring at me. He didn't even aid me and my mother in the selection of our products leading to both of us getting the incorrect items. Normally I have an amazing experience at plantlife but if this is the standard for staff moving forward I will not be continuing my business here knowing that I don't feel safe to even share my phone number with the staff to collect points.
