| Absolutely ridiculous service. This was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I've had. The staff were unhelpful, unprofessional, and made me feel like my business didn't matter. Instead of treating customers with respect, they seemed uninterested and dismissive. I expected much better service, but left disappointed and frustrated. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone looking for a welcoming and professional experience. For new customers its a suggestion if you guys are not in rush try to go to another canbiz store in kitimat for good service | ||
