| I ordered a product from Banana Bros. but later decided I no longer wanted it. The item was still brand new, sealed in its original packaging. After contacting customer service, I was given a return address and promptly sent the product back. Since then, I have received no response. My emails have gone unanswered, and the company's phone line appears to be disconnected. As of now, Banana Bros. has both the returned product and my money. I strongly recommend staying away from this company. I have filed a complaint with a Better Business Bureau! | ||
