| By far, one of the rudest managers I've ever came across, he is very unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers! Just because I took my little kitten inside the store seeing that there was no sign on the door saying no animals allowed I didn't think it would be of an issue of any sort. He mistreated me and came of very hostile towards me, he even grabbed my wallet as I was trying to get my cat and said I don't want your business anyway and don't come back! As a manager you seriously need to grow up and learn how to treat customers with respect and dignity! After all without customers you wouldn't be in business today! but sadly you fail to understand that concept as a so called manager! If you don't want animals in the store it's as simple as putting a sign up on the door! You clearly have personal anger issues which was clear to see and taking it out on customers over a tiny kitten is of no excuse nor was it appreciated or acceptable in anyway what so ever! It's no wonder why you have such poor ratings it was clear today by your attitude and reaction that you mistreat people on a daily basis! Speaking from my own personal experience I'd say your very immature and ignorant and you need to change how you treat people! Customers deserve to be treated better! Say what you want in your reply but the truth of the matter is customers are always right! And I'm saying nothing but the truth! Shame on you for treating me in the manner that you did! I will gladly take .. | ||
