| My experience at this business was one of the worst I've ever had anywhere. I usually really like this business and have had good experiences here, but a few months ago, I was charged twice for a single purchase. The employee who helped me at the time — he had longer dark hair and was speaking what sounded like Portuguese — assured me the issue would be fixed. It never was. I spent months waiting, following up, and giving them every chance to make it right. Nothing. No refund, no response, no accountability. I'm still out $50 because of their complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. Based on how they handled this situation, I absolutely cannot recommend this place to anyone. If this is how they treat customers after taking their money, I'd strongly suggest going somewhere that actually values honesty and follow-through. | ||
