I come to Canntina pretty often and I'm a regular here, but this time I bought the same vape I always get and it came burnt right from the first hit.
Recently during the cannabis/liquor strike I went to a different dispensary for the first time and had the exact same issue with a burnt disposable, and that shop exchanged it for free with no problem.
At Canntina, they didn't offer an exchange, a return, or any real solution. They only gave me a 10% discount, which they usually give me anyway, so it didn't really help with a clearly defective product.
Pretty disappointing experience considering how often I come here.
