| I've been here lots before but today my experience was nothing short of garbage. I know how the elite membership works, and how certain items are only available to elite members. That's fine, I pick what I want through the kiosk that confirms the item is not on the elite list. I go to the counter and get told the item is on the list and can't be sold to me. I walked out because I'm not looking through your incompetent kiosk again. | ||
