| I have been a customer with one plant for a few years. I went in this afternoon to grab something quick so I wouldn't have to cycle back later in the day. When I was greeted and validating my I'd, another customer came in behind me and cut right through without verification. He said he was sorry for cutting but would be quick..as they had a cab waiting. Then proceeded to give the employee a list of things they were coming to get and that it was a lot. I had to turn around and leave. I was upset there was no first come first serve. I was upset by the way I was left out by the employee with no acknowledgement of me or my time as a customer. This has left a sour taste in my mouth and I'm not sure I will be back. With the competition being as high as it is, I may as well take my business elsewhere. | ||
