| Absolute worst company to buy from! They hire burnouts to work for them and they can't even get a simple order right. And their customer service do not care about how the service went when I reported it to them. I ordered online from their website and saw a picture of what I was purchasing. When I opened the package, it wasn't the item that I ordered and I had to pay more for an extra piece that I didn't even want. I sent their customer service line a picture and all the details, because that's what they asked for, and they ended up ghosting me. They didn't care that they screwed up and extorted more money from me. They got their sale and that's all that matters. It's sad going in to buy something and you're greeted by a red eyed, squinting adult who you know is high, and they can't find what you ask for, or they struggle to make change because they are too high to count. It's constant at this store and not worth supporting. There are others in the town that I will be going to because their staff are clear headed, and always very helpful even when they make a mistake. Hopefully this one closes shop and a better company takes its place. Good luck Canna! | ||
