| Let me start with positive, I live on Nelson and Denman St. I have been coming to this place for more than six months. And I come with my friend on weekly basis. I have always had a nice experience where staff is amicable. (Or maybe it was because of one other girl who works here when I usually come, I don't know her name, wears glasses,I should have taken her name), anyways, and my friend on rare occasions, doesn't bring his ID as we are regular customers. Today, we had such a bad day, had multiple bad experiences (restaurants and events) so we decided to go the store to fix our mood and save the day. I had my ID with me so I entered the store and today my friend didn't feel coming inside and stood across the street as he didn't wanted to get anything. Then came to me outside the store to handover my things to go home. When I entered there was a new lady that I have never seen before, she didn't even greet and even after this I said hi to the staff. When I approached to the counter, I was met with a rude attitude, the lady, first changed my counter with no reason. Then asked for my ID which I had. Then asked for my friend's ID who was just waiting for me to go home. (My first question is why was she following us? My friend is not her customer today) And told me she will not serve me if my friend doesn't come inside and present his ID. My friend didn't bring ID as he didn't even want anything from the store.
