| The new staff is incompetent. The tall guy, with a ponytail, asked for my information so I could cancel my account, despite already having my information within the system, which I could see for myself. He kept pressing the exit button so that I couldn't see that he already had all my information. We brought up my account four separate times because he kept pressing the exit button. Then it seemed the staff was preparing to get aggressive with me. I had to explain that I'm not being difficult, I just didn't understand what was going on. There is also an anxiety driven girl who wears her hair in braids. She has been very short with me every time I've been there. I will not be returning. | ||
