| I was visiting this City for a conference and staying at the Hilton in the uptown area. I was told about Cannabis NB and that the staff were very professional. Unfortunately, this wasn't my experience at all. I have many years as a manager and what I saw did not follow any code of conduct that I would say was above board. An employee had made a mistake and the manager did not handle the situation professionally or tact. Rather than handle the situation appropriately, and understand that human mistakes are sometimes a natural part of doing business - this person instead berated his employee in a way that lacked respect and courtesy. The manager may need to take additional courses on how to manage people - what I saw was someone who is perhaps in the wrong line of work. I wish the employees of this location the best of luck and hope that this wasn't a reflection of how employees are treated across the organization. | ||
