Absolutely horrible customer service experience . Bought a defective vape cartridge from here , brought it back with all packaging and receipt ect and was told "there is nothing we can do about it " . Any other pot shop honours replacements on defective cartridges, but because cannaB3 "isn't corporate" according to the employee , means they can't do anything . Will not be purchasing from here ever again considering there is no buyer protection . Rant done thanks .
