| TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I bought a defective BOXHOT cartridge and returned it literally 30 minutes later. Tested the cartridge in the store with the guy who sold me the damn cartridge with 3 different batteries, showing him that the cartridge was in fact defective. I left my info for the owner to sort it out and either refund me or give me a replacement. It's been 2 weeks now, I've gone back to the store twice to ask what the hell is going on, and I still haven't heard back from the owner. You may be convenient to go to, but I will gladly drive to One Plant in Georgetown where they actually value their customers and honour any defective products! | ||
