| Terrible customer service they do not stand behind their product. They can't even confirm their pre-rolls will burn correctly and given the staff the opportunity to rectify the situation with replacing or refunding the $30 that I spent. I did bring in the remaining two joints and I was told I could purchase something else to receive the staff discount. Tell me why I would want to give them more of my money when they don't stand behind their merchandise. I guess I'm just old and remember the good old days where people took pride in their business not the case. | ||
