| Prices are great. Most of their staff are great. However, I did have a bit of a negative experience with a pretty passive agressive/snarky person working there today. I thought I was meeting them with kindness, but was met with condescension also when I asked questions regarding product. I'll say, I have had some fantastic budtenders previously, prices are great and location is clean. Update: have had great experiences since. Today went in and some guy was apparently annoyed at being asked for ID. All 3 staff members began to talk negatively about this gentleman, one said "I know he gets annoyed when I ID him so I'm happy to piss him off." Like this is a thc store- please do better. Maybe that guy uses thc to cope with ptsd or god knows what. | ||

| Sadly would love to rate this higher but came in today and had a bad experience due to customer service. The guy working behind the counter, tall blonde ish hair with an accent I am probably wrong, but maybe British, was quite rude. Asked if he had a 12 variety pack and told me no that the 3 pack of the brand I was looking for was their last one. I said okay, no worries and inquired if they had any 12 packs. He became visibly annoyed and told me "nope this is the last one again." I reiterated that I understood what last one meant, but was curious if they had other options. He proceed to say just this last one. Didn't offer for me to look at anything else etc. It was a very hostile exchange. I understand dealing with tourists is not fun, however that's the town you live in. Really unfortunate as they seemed to have a good selection. I will now be going to another store as I just wanted to get out of there | ||
