| Unwelcoming atmosphere short of feeling like you're at the cop shop. They want to ID twice before even speaking to you. Even after confirming your legal age and made two purchases day before. Awful inconsistent staff. I was a regular here and have had no issue purchasing. To ask for ID twice after confirming age is borderline harassment. Very unwelcoming unprofessional atmosphere. Will never shop here again. The shop in the mall is much better staff and vibes | ||

| Ordered online however the product that I received did not match the advertised product online so was disappointed as the Kool Aid Kush is a great new strain from Bold and I've smoked Orange Crush plenty of times. More accurate description on the product would be great especially for online customers! I bought 2 thinking it included Kool Aid Kush so I'm just not happy with my purchase and buying something I didn't want. Don't usually shop here. | ||

| Showed up 10:58 and he had doors locked was closing store. If you're open until 11:00 PM I didn't realize that meant 5 too. Hate businesses that do this advertise your hours as 10:55 then!! Simple!! | ||

| Worst manager I've seen for awhile, store is dirty, always closed for 5 min when you arrive and that's if they're open. Any other shop in 8th street is better, try Farmer Jane's!! Way better selection and management!! | ||
