I feel validated with other recent reviews, people I do not know, who have also shared their experience. A few weeks ago an employee treated me like I was vile. So bad, I actually took the time to go in to 642 and complain to the owner. While I was handled with respect and dignity on two occasions, another person was not treated the same. All over my asking about a military discount, after the purchase was made. After some confusion, I was talked over, and at one point this employee actually covered her ears stating 'I don't have to hear this,' heading for the office, while I was still talking. She couldn't get a way from me fast enough. My experience is on camera - for all to see. Unfortunately there's no sound. I have never been treated with such disgust.
Your staff member did not act anywhere close to appropriately or professionally, and she absolutely escalated the exchange by her own behaviour and her own words. Not once, but twice and then blatantly lied. Two different days. In front of other customers. You absolutely don't have to worry about me or my friends coming into 642 ever again. When 642 has complaints on google, particularly about the same person, and said person has many of her friends and family (some reviews have been removed) write positive google reviews for her, two people actually calling her the employer - she makes herself look as guilty as she is. 'Bad days' do not equate to treating anyone to the way I was treated. It h ..
