Update: after speaking to a district manager the store was able to provide a replacement for the empty product. Shout out to Jonah for the quick response and handling the situation professionally. My partner went in to purchase a pre rolls pack and quickly found out it was empty. Within minutes they returned inside to show the staff and to get a replacement or refund. The manager took the empty pack, said he doesn't have x ray vision and we have to go through the provider for compensation. This is predatory and is taking advantage of the public. The absolute refusal to make things right is appalling as the container had no odor of cannabis or even bits of shake.

I have been in here a couple times now and the crew working here is phenomenal!! Some of the nicest staff at a pot store I've seen. Great prices and great atmosphere. Shout out to Ben and the red headed gentlemen there. Both were super kind and nice each time I've come in!

I was greeted by a young man covered in patch work tattoos and curly brown hair who was utterly rude and dismissive. Prices are also extremely high. Will be avoiding this due to the cost cannabis across the street that's 40 percent cheaper
