| I placed an order for delivery Dec 26th and received a voice mail later stating that they aren't delivering because of the holiday (Boxing Day really isn't much of a holiday). If you're going to be open and offering deals you should make sure you put on your website that orders won't be delivered. I was unable to cancel the order, I had paid a tip amount for the driver also. I ended up driving to the store for my order, I asked for a refund of the tip I had provided and the employee said they couldn't do it without management. Very unpleasant experience overall, I'll stick with budders across town after this nonsense. | ||
