Note this is for the clients,
I bought a vape at this location on February 6th the vape is defective I took maybe 7 puffs out of it,then it stopped working I tried plugging it and it's not working at all it is still full I went back to that location with my receipt and package on the 23th to have a replacement it's more than 7 days of buying the vape but the problem is the vape does not work or charge at all so I'm stuck with a defective product that they sold to me and won't exchange so this review is to the management of that particular HIgh ties they don't seem to care about there client's so to my buddies
DONOT BUY VAPES THERE !!!
Plz note that the employee that was there (Taylor) was awesome and professional she did everything she could but the manager really doesn't care if they there client's,I just wanted a replacement of defective product really disappointed with high ties in Embrun I'd rather stick with loyal shiny bud,high lite,ace cannabis ect...
