| Friday, March 6th 2026 5:00 p.m. I came into your store with a friend to purchase some cannabis. Before I get into it, I know your identification policy is for everybody and I will state that I am 56 years old. Immediately a female approached us and asked for identification. My friend produced her driver's license no problem. I did not have my driver's license on me so I produced my firearms acquisition certificate which is a federal government ID. You can use your firearms acquisition certificates to do many things. You can use it to buy firearms. You can use it to buy alcohol. You can even use it to board a plane. However, apparently at Tokyo Smoke in CBS according to this female, you can't use it to buy cannabis, because it was a secondary piece of identification and if I could not produce a primary piece of identification, I was free to leave the store. Said employee was quite confrontational didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Myself and my friend were both in your store to make purchases that would have come to about $300 between us. But unfortunately for the lack of training coming from your staff, you missed that sale and you missed any future sales. I left a message on your phone which hasn't been updated apparently since Christmas of 2019 for messages incidentally, but nobody has called me back. I'd suggest better training for your staff and perhaps get rid of the angry one. She doesn't want to be there anyway. Thanks for your time and not fo .. | ||
