Dangerously ill-informed service
I recently purchased an Arsenal Colour Changing Banger (14mm, 90°, Male). Upon bringing it home and performing a standard rinse, I discovered that water had leaked into the supposedly vacuum-sealed second chamber. This is a massive safety hazard; heating trapped water to dabbing temperatures causes instant steam expansion, which can cause the glass to explode.
I returned the item for a replacement, only for the exact same defect to occur with the second unit. When I returned that one, I was met with an interaction that was unprofessional.
A staff member told me that the water in the chamber was my fault because I should never clean my gear with water or alcohol. He claimed he "never cleans his gear" and simply "burns off the black". Your store sells cleaning kits for the express purpose of keeping glass pristine. It is absurd for a staff member to treat a customer like they are "dumb" for practicing the very maintenance your own products promote.
If water can get into that "sealed" chamber, so can reclaim. Beyond the explosion risk, a compromised seal on a color-changing banger is a manufacturing failure that should be handled with concern.
