| Initially, I thought this shop was awesome, friendly staff, but I had to change my review.... I bought a gravity vase that was valued close to $200, but I only received half of the items that came with it. I asked for the stand and was told it didn't come with it even though there was a place in the box for it. I eventually contacted the day shift and notified them of this, and they offered to ship me the stand. however, I was still missing a piece and was told I wouldn't be getting it. Anyways, nice staff and nice shop but no idea whats going on in their own shop, maybe hire someone with some experience? | ||

| Very BAD experience with the Lacombe shop. They sell incomplete packs, multiple times and no refunds or help from the staff. Very rude staff when asking for compensation! | ||
