| Been going to this location for almost a year now. Had lots of great interaction with employees and they are friendly and knowledgeable. However today after buying kodo pro for my cartridge. This one particular lady who is so stand off-ish, didn't smile after greeting her. I was asking question about the product and she just scrub her shoulders and didn't give me any answer. It was bit awkward silent moment and eventually I just bought whatever it was infront of me. It was the brown lady I am referring to and this is actually the first time I've seen her there. All the times I've gone to the store I never had an encounter with her till today. She should never be on customer service job if she doesn't even know basic knowledge of smiling and acknowledging customers when she's greeted. | ||
