| Seed & Stone was such a great first experience for me. Katherine was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. It was my first time visiting the store, and she made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. Everything felt relaxed and approachable, which made a big difference as a new customer. I really appreciated the friendly service and positive vibe. I will definitely be back! | ||

| I have been shopping here regularly for over a year and a half, since moving to Kamloops, and these past two experiences have been extremely disappointing. A new employee refused to sell to me on two separate occasions even though I am above the age of 19 and presented two pieces of valid government-issued photo ID. The second time, she cut me off before I could even finish saying what I wanted to deny me service. I was polite, compliant, and doing nothing wrong. This situation reflects a lack of understanding of BC Cannabis Law and basic customer service. I have filed a formal complaint with the LCRB because this needs to be addressed at a compliance and training level. I am honestly surprised someone handling sales appears to hold Selling It Right without applying it correctly. Sad to say I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. | ||
