| Bought a cart from here. The cart was defective and wouldn't stop leaking. It stained and ruined $200 worth of clothing. I went into the store asap with the receipt. Staff told me that I needed to bring in the actual cart in order to get a refund. I then went into the store asap with the receipt and the cart. Another staff member told me they couldn't do anything. The staff member took down my number, said they would text the manager to see if something could be done. Never heard from anyone. | ||
