Sadly, I cannot continue shopping there; I know it's cliche to say, but you have lost a customer. I went there today to get a few items which were selling for much cheaper at your competitor and asked the cannista to price match. She did not want to at first but then asked me to show her the price. I told her that I did not have a phone with me but that she could look it up for herself in less than a minute. Her reply to that was, "I'm supposed to let the customers do all the work." Finally she agreed to take the 20 seconds to look it up and they were in fact much cheaper. She told me that she could not "Ad Match" because the items were on sale. I informed her that before I came into the store that I looked up the company's policy and it clearly states on the website's FAQ that: "...if you find a lower every day or advertised sale price on an identical item currently in-stock [...] we'll match it." She said that she didn't care what the website said, her boss told her not to do it because "people are getting in trouble for giving discounts". She knew I could get them cheaper, I only asked because I'm a/was a loyal customer. Making me go to the other shop for no reason was unacceptable. Years of customer loyalty gone because she didn't want to price match. Look up the account under the number 306-692-2999 and know that you lost that account for about $16.
