I was at this location today (January 30th) around 11:56 AM and witnessed one of the most unprofessional displays of management I have ever seen. I was standing directly behind a gentleman in line, and I am still shocked by how he was treated.
The customer was being completely calm and held up his ID for the manager to see. He even mentioned he wasn't feeling well and didn't want to pass germs by handing the card over. Instead of being professional, the manager started shouting at him for no reason. It was a total power trip. She was aggressive, rude, and eventually snapped, "I'm the manager and I'm not serving you," refusing a loyal customer service for absolutely no valid reason.
As a bystander, it was painful to watch. It felt targeted and like she had a personal prejudice against this man. She treated me fine, but she went after him with a level of hostility that looked like straight-up profiling.
To Corporate: You need to review the camera footage from 11:56 AM today. You will see a calm customer and a manager who completely lost her cool and acted with clear bias. I won't be supporting a business that allows its management to bully people of color or power-trip on long-time patrons especially when my wife is a person of color as well.
