Customer service is still top notch!!! However I wanted to update my review as I have been quite unsatisfied with the prerolls lately. I've had issues with the infused gumming up badly and not burning and issues with regular prerolls being half empty when I go to smoke them. The thing is half filter and then the joint is half empty. These pics are literally 4 different joints and they were not the only ones. Sooo frustrating.
