| Unreliable and unprofessional. I ordered with delivery at 3 PM, they took the money from my cc and then never delivered it. Left me waiting all evening, tried calling the store a few times around 8pm to see if they were coming and they only answered on the fifth try (after I had removed my caller ID). Said that they might be able to deliver it the next day, no apologies at all. I would not order from this store again, very poor customer service. | ||
