| Overpriced and stopped working. We bought two of the top-of-the-line vape pens with charging doc. We don't use them often, so they sit in a drawer most of the time. I used it a couple dozen times over the year. After a year, they both stopped working. The customer service did not replace it. It took months for them to respond, and they did not give any help or troubleshoot with me. They just wanted me to buy a new one. I can understand if we used it regularly, but I expected it to last longer since we used it so infrequently. I had cheap disposables that lasted longer. Overpriced for a product that stopped working, and the company does not back their product. Waste of money! | ||
