| I was visiting from Ontario, this was the nearest dispensary so I came in a few times. Upon entering each time, the staff seemed to clam up and get frigid, as if I was annoying them by coming into the store and interrupting their conversation. The weed that I tried was all awful, and I understand they don't grow and package it themselves at the store, but something seemed very off. Products from brands that I know very well were not at all how they usually taste or smoke, tbh they hurt my throat (I'm an everyday smoker, this is not common for me at all), such as Simply Bare, which is a BC company... I don't understand why the product is worse when I'm closer to the actual location it's grown in? Very weird. Also, the prices on my receipts didn't match the site or displays properly, not off by much, but I noticed they manually punched in all the totals on the terminals, which is NOT how Merco machines are typically used in dispensaries, very sketchy (I have worked in dispensaries for 5 years and use the machines myself so I have first hand experience). When I looked at the reviews here on google, they seemed a little suspicious, I am of the personal belief that they are probably bribing customers with discounts to leave good reviews (very common in dispensaries). Only the bad reviews gave any significant specific details (which were all accurate to my experiences). I do not recommend this dispensary, particularly if you value customer service. | ||
