| Unreliable delivery service. I am still owed the $1.99 delivery service fee from the time I had to go pick up my order because they couldn't be bothered to post on their website that the driver wasn't coming in that day. Today, their delivery service didn't leave until 2:00 when the site says 1:00 start delivery time, as confirmed via phone, in turn going to make me late for work, if I even get it before I have to leave. Also, they claim they can't reach their driver once they leave, which screams safety concerns for the driver to me. /E #1 can't get someone to answer the phone #2 Haven't been able to redeem any of my 1200+ reward points on online orders the last 3 orders. "Thanks for being a patron, but you're not allowed to redeem your points". Mighty awesome.... Not. | ||
