| First and foremost, my pot smoking homes! DO NOT LEAVE STORE WITHOUT RECEIPT AND/ OR OPENING ALL YOUR PURCHASES! Here goes the saddest pot story I have to date at almost 40yrs old. Yesterday I had one of the saddest days I've had in a very long time. I decided to go out of my way to visit Cana Cabana and treat my self to a pricey pack of Tiger Bloods by General admission. 1.5 hrs after leaving the store I began to open the 3 pack tube. I finally got it to pop! And guess what!??? IT was EMPTY!!! I was in total disbelief. I phoned the store immediately. And guess what? This was not the first time of recent they received a complaint like this..... and although they remembered me just being in there and being a member in the system, there was NOTHING THEY WOULD DO FOR ME WITH OUT MY RECEIPT! EVEN THOUGH HE COULD SEE MY TRANSACTION IN FRONT OF THEM!!!! NOTHING!!!! Nothing at all. Not a discount. Coupon. Contact info for someone that could do anything. And the manager refused to call me back. Super super disheartening day. Thanks for be the tip of the ice berg... lesson learnt.. | ||
