| This location has the BEST customer service. Everyone is always so friendly, and anytime I've had questions they've always been super well informed and eager to help. I called the store tonight while having issues placing an online order, and a staff member and the assistant manager, Zach, completely resolved a weirdly complicated issue for me in under 10 minutes. I originally started shopping at this location because it was close to home, but have continued shopping there even four years after moving out of the area because it just feels so comfortable and professional there. The staff are also always great for checking about if you collect points - some locations don't ask and you might forget to tell them, but the staff at this location always remember to ask me and make sure I collect the rewards. Anytime I encounter someone who is unsure where to start with dispensaries, this is always where I recommend that they go first. Thank you Delta-9 St Vital team, you're amazing!! | ||
