| I was actually a very good customer to your store until extreme mistreatment over a simple mistake. I even gave ample opportunity for you to correct the situation. Crying about your facebook review is hilarious to me lol it's gonna be a hard life . The employees arguing and crying over the review makes you look terrible, your store isn't even that great , there two more right down the street. I'll start handing out my review more frequently to others as it's so strange that you guys can't work your system then blame the customer. my review is deserved . The staff is immature, get upset over negative feedback, can't use the system , crying online here is a nightmare! Trust me go down the street to NC . Grass Hopper will cry for years over constructive criticism . This has nothing to do with Covid LOl these are such random comments to make , lI never treated anyone as poorly as i was treated. i was just trying to help your staff because they don't know how to work your online processing system. Getting a hold of management and communication was extremely difficult and frustrating process when i ordered online for convenience. | ||

| This is actually my favourite Weed store in town for a few reasons . I really like the booklet with prices to look through , The staff is extremely friendly, i am always greeted with kindness and a smile, They always have suggestions, There is always a new random dog in the store and my favourite part is the Surprise bags on Wednesdays . | ||
