| Very bad at getting back and false! When they finally emailed back they promised to send a gift card to solve the issue with a bad strain packaged purchased from a Toronto store and then ghosted! No phone call replies or emails suddenly and took home address after saying they will send a gift card atleast but still nothing- happy holidays eh?! Very bad seriously 👎 | ||

| They say they will honor discounts but they don't and just for even only 10% its so.bad as they have to call the Boss and takes so long and then say no when they said yes or "the next time" . Also, after buying from them.for a couple years can you believe that my account wasn't even in the system! They should give discounts and proper account systems. Staff tries to help and ok overall. | ||
